SHASS IT is a part of the Dean's Office of the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at MIT and is staffed by Albert and Dan.

Our goal is to provide the highest level of on-campus IT customer service support for 7 of the academic sections in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Science and the SHASS Dean's Office within the limits of available resources. The 7 sections in the school supported by us are Anthropology, Foreign Languages and Literatures, Literature, Music and Theater Arts, History, Science Technology and Society, and Women's and Gender Studies.

Active support coverage window is Monday Thru Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, subject to inclimate weather and special or unusual traffic circumstances.

Please note that as a part of the SHASS Dean's Office, the SHASS IT Group is closed whenever the Dean's Office is closed.
