We are receiving reports of a new phishing scam in play that pretends to be Netflix customer service. Gizmodo has an article documenting this scam here:

Whatever you do, do not call the number in the fake screen error screen and definitely never give out any personal information to anything online claiming there’s a problem.

No legitmate organization will ever send you an email, bring up a web page, or message you indicating an error or account problem that requires you to put in or give your personal information, credit card, bank information, or click on a link, or download an application to fix the problem.  These are all scams to get you to reveal your confidential information so bad guys can steal your identity or money.
