Because Cambridge is a Comcast exclusive zone, folks in SHASS should be aware that Comcast could be enabling a hot spot in your house without your knowledge. If you have received a new router recently you may be broadcasting a hot spot without knowing it. This hot spot allows anyone on your street to access the internet through your router.
