Microsoft has recently provided a partial patch for the critical PrintNightmare Zero-Day exploit for Windows 7 through 10.

All Windows users utilizing a machines that runs Windows 7, 8, or 10 should do their Windows Updates ASAP. This patch unfortunately does NOT completely fix the exploit but at this point a partial fix is still better than leaving your machine open to all aspects of this vulnerability.

The patch for home users is on the way and might be delayed so keep an eye out for it over the next week and apply it when it becomes available.
